Very bad customer service! Sales seem uninterested and then very offended when I ask questions as to where the vehicles come from originally. Hung up on me twice. I was interested in two separate vehicles, as was my daughter. I try and stay local and support local businesses but I will take my business elsewhere

Worst place ever! Got told I would be approved for $2,500 down with $140 payments every two weeks so I sold my car that they would only give me $500 for..? I got the $2,500 called them told lorrie that I had the $2,500 and over night she changed her mind. It went from $2,500 down to $3,000 and from $140 payments every two weeks to $200 and when we tried to confront her about it she kept denying it. She then went on to say she wouldn’t sale me a car ever because we were tying to get her to tell the truth and compromise! Then told me that my husband is rude, disgusting, disrespectful and that I needed to counsel him... ? my husband is the nicest person you’ll ever meet until you try to gyp us out of more money you liar!

It was good. Had good service and did not feel like I was talking to the old fashion car salesman. I told them what I needed and they called me back and made an offer that was within my limits and was acceptable. I am still thinking about making purchase at this time.
