“My wife was leaving town for Austin when a message flashed on her screen indicating a problem. She immediately took the car into the service center at Big Country Ford and they promptly went to work to diagnose the situation. They soon identified a faulty battery as the culprit and replaced it in time for her to be on her way quickly. The battery (previously purchased at BCFord) was still under warranty and the entire event was covered without additional charge. I salute the prompt, professional, and polite response to her emergency. Thank you, BCF!!”
