Went in to buy a product I did not know much about…Immediately greeted with help, and also given suggestions by all staff with how to use the product. This is why I shop local. Very friendly people

I've had a few bad experiences but today was probably one of the worst I went in to buy hay pellets for my goats who are show animals they are in milk and I was trying to give them something to help them out on the milk stand which would be Alfalfa pellets goats tend to argue over loose so I wanted to make sure they were getting enough individually so I had purchased some before without issue from the owner and I went back they showed me the chart of all of the creep feeds they had I picked the same one I had before and they proceeded to have the guys load it up I didn't think anything of it cuz I honestly don't remember her bags or anything like that and there was no wording on the bag itself I took it home and was in the process of opening the bag and dumping it in with my remaining pellets that I had from them when I realized they sold me two of the wrong bags I called to discuss this with the women and they informed me it was the exact same thing and it is not and essentially told me I kind of need to suck it up and just deal with it even though it in no way contained h a y and wasn't what I paid for they told me I would need to drive all the way back in town to return the bags at cost to myself all the while arguing it was basically the same thing and that they told me that they didn't even have what they informed me they had why lie to me about what you have and then sell me something else that probably wasn't getting sold very well because it was too low in protein to be a fairly decent supplement in my opinion and that is what they gave me a supplement rather than actual feed and it's not even a supplement I needed or would find useful my food is actually a higher value than this I don't feel comfortable going there anymore considering the staff felt it was okay to lie and they have previously sold me a bag of mineral with holes in it without a discount even though it wasn't the right amount they told it was just dirty when they threw it in the back of my car the dirt as they put it was actually the mineral leaking all over it this is just my experience but I will not be going back willingly

I have had a storage unit there for almost 6 years. There is a gap between the side wall and ceiling in which people keep entering my unit and stealing things. I have reported it to the police but nothing has ever been done about it.

Two girls behind the counter are probably some of the most awkward people I've met, didn't greet ANY of the customers, sat there and stared at everyone walking in with blank faces, and then just continued to stand silently when I asked for help. Won't be back.
