Every time I come to the commercial lane they take about 30 minutes with one car in front of me only one teller in the drive-through sucks.

Worst place for a notary I have ever tried to use. Wasted an hour of my time making an appointment and then they won’t notarize a formfor my retirement. Note i even have accounts with them. Went to ISM and was done in 10 minutes with no hassles.

0 star for this location. The employees is rude and he is keep asking stupid questions and the manager she also need training how to talk with customers spend 2 hours and walk out without opening the business account. Very dissatisfied with this location.

The same guy that runs this location is the sibling that stole from me and many others in the Boca Chica; Wells Fargo Bank location. I'm going to stay from this location like the plague. Like Harlingen's Steven Rayna. No,Thank you! The "district manager" should be ashamed to has people here. Horrible! if don't believe it! Google it! Brownsville Herald!

Google why do I need to add a STAR when this location doesn't shine?! What a complete disappointment! Where is the Assistant Manager Mr. Guillen or the gentleman that loves the Miami Dolphins Football team? They always helped my father? Wells Fargo left overs, Team C is here, what a complete shame! Never a Branch Manager around, always out to busy for people. Wells Fargo shareholders should be concerned about this location, reputation is everything.

WELLS FARGO only rolls out the red carpet, when you're a "NEW CUSTOMER". BANKER? sells you everything so robotic & scripted. CHECKING, SAVINGS, CREDIT CARDS, LOANS, HOME EQUITY, INSURANCE, A SECOND CHECKING ACCOUNT with extra hidden fees etc...?? Then you ask the management and the BRANCH PRESIDENT never comes over to the inexperienced bankers cubicle, doesn't return phone calls, always in meetings, second lunch, or an emergency. Excuses! Excuses! But the MANLET ?? induroduces himself when I was a new customer. So unprofessional! Don't get me started with he's dress codes.?? Support any other financial institutions expect this one!?

ATM did not dispense the money from my account. Received a receipt saying the cash was withdrawn even though it gave no cash at all. Now wells fargo have to wait 10 days to see if they pay out the amount the ATM took. The ATM is always broken get it fixed.

I have been trying to speak to someone at the Brownsville branch now for days, get a voicemail, leave messages, still waiting on a call back. Bank telephone number, rings and rings and once again an automated voice comes and that no one can take the call. This is ABSOLUTEY UNACCEPTABLE. (had to click on 1 star and less not an option)

Either there's only one person handling an 8 lane drive thru or the staff is completely incompetent of doing their job efficiently. Next time I'll go to the Wells Fargo located on Boca Chica Blvd. Been in this line, with 2 vehicles ahead of me for over 30 minutes. Might as well start a tail gate party. Should've brought the Ole Smokey and some carne! Ay Dios mio ??♀️
