Inconsiderate people who couldn’t communicate properly and had me waiting for 2 hours! 2 hours wasted of my life and no one could be 1) consistent in their service 2) communicate the proper “process”And when asked why that’s the process not having an answer. Incompetent.

Pésimo servicio, ahora resulta que no dan tarjetas provisionales, y tengo qie esperar una semana y si no te obligan a bajar la aplicación, cosa que yo no quiero hacer ya que mi celular siempre lo pierdo o bien ya me han cometido fraude en otra ocasión, se me devolvió el dinero pero para mi es más fácil tener mi tarjeta, tarda 7 días avilés la reposición y creo que en lugar de facilitarnos la vida como clientes, no la complican.

Okay I never really do leave bad reviews unless I feel like they're needed to do so go bring it upon the business' attention. I'm a very understanding and passive person, but this location has gotten to my las straw. It's been 3 separate occasions that I get either bad customer service or the bank teller clearly doesn't listen to what I say. 3 different bank tellers in those times by the way. 1st occasion was when I was in the drive thru for more than TEN MINUTES! I pressed the call button 3 times, not consecutively, but both lines aside from me were being serviced and answered to (the line I drove in clearly had the green light) I had to park and walk into the store, I let the bank teller lady aware of the situation to which she just responds “I wonder why.†UM OKAY. Second time I knew better to just walk into the store asked the bank teller to cash and deposit my check. WHICH SHE DIDNT she just deposited it directly making my funds UNAVAILABLE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY after I had explained to her that I always do Cash and then Deposit my checks because I am aware of the fact that my funds won't be available until the next day. Clearly she didn't give a damn. I was really relying on my money that day but I did all that in my lunch time so I didn't have time to go back and fix the unnecessary issue. I work past 6 Monday-Fri so it makes it difficult for me to just drive back into the branch and complain. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I go today and ask the bank teller CLEARLY, “can you please CASH and then DEPOSIT these checks into my checking account.†Once again MY REQUEST WAS IGNORED the gentleman just deposited it directly. I am sick and tired of these deaf inconsiderate bank tellers you people hire. What else do I have to do to make myself clear?
