  They don't answer the phones!!! They call you back 1 day and a half later don't have the correct information tell you to go in on a Saturday call before you get off, get hung up on then NEVER answer the phones!! HORRIBLE

  Wellmed is not very helpful when you have a HMO insurance, they give the run around, appointments with the specialist are cancel because the workers and nurses don't provide the referrals and authorizations to the specialist on time, they tell that they are moving and dropping you as a patient instead of giving you there new address, I don't recommend them if you have HMO insurance
