The clothes look nice and the time I went they treated me very well when the business first started. I don't know why they say about the service?Maybe they hired new people?Maybe they are different people today but maybe they are new and young and obviously need more customer experience but maybe a few service trainings wouldn't be bad. And the managers be more strict and check the cameras so that the service is the best or hire new, friendlier people because the clothes are nice.

Two girls from high school who hated me were so rude. I just wanted to know where bodysuits were and the one girl says “everywhere” while rolling her eyes. How rude and unprofessional.

Keep in mind that the WAVE store that is in Sunrise mall is a store that does not respect prices or discounts and Bertha, the supposed manager, was very mocking and arrogant.

Context: I'm a photographer and went in looking for an outfit for a photoshoot. This is my experience from my time visiting the store and interaction with workers.1. Appearance: At first appearance, I couldn't tell apart the customer from the employees. For this being a women's fashion store, the employees I saw where all wearing t-shirts and jeans; hair in pony tail and no make up.2. Customer Service: I was looking a specific outfit and had a photo as reference. When I asked the girl if they carried anything similar, the girl just pointed, "the jackets are over there." When I asked if she could show me, she just rolled her eyes and gave the impression that she was annoyed by my request. She proceeded to walk to the location and point out the rack. "Pants are there. Jackets are over there." ZERO customer service.3. Overall Impression: The store overall impression of the store was not great.. store looked dead, no music, and clothing was just all random; a stark contrast from when this was A'gaci.If you do go, do not expect a great shopping experience.

I came to visit my grandma here in Brownsville and we went to south san padre over like 8 months ago but when I went to sunrise mal and saw this store i was like these are my kind of clothes and my kind of people I love it here so i got a couple clothes here and still were them today
