Monday 5/13/24. The pharmacy opened late. No apology from Deanna M. Was curt & acted like she was doing me a favor. Need better management. Maybe I will try another pharmacy. Send Deanna for classes on how to deal with customers.

I understand that other people can have different experiences, but I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about a year and I cannot say anything negative about this location. The pharmacy, always answers the phone. Very polite and helpful which is a rarity in pharmacies nowadays. The pharmacist is very nice and so patient despite the fact he’s doing so many things at a time. I really cannot ask for more from them. They’re not perfect, as no other pharmacy can be but they’re sure trying and putting out a good effort for their customers.The store is clean, the racks are organized, the staff, cashiers, very nice. Honestly a good experience every time coming here.

If you take appointments for vaccines then try to stick to the times you commit to. I arrived 5 minutes early at 10:55.Everyone was was busy helping people pick up prescriptions. I asked 5 times over the next hour and was told any minute now. Finally at 12:10 I was called in by the person who was playing cashier for an hour. Many people came in after I checked in and they ALL got their stuff and got out.If you accept an appointment then there is no scenario where everyone else that comes in after me should be waited on before me.Completely wrong and rude.My time is valuable too. Please act like it.

What is the point of having an appt time, if you have to wait and hour + to be seen?? The reason? "Well we have several people in line, we are taking then as the walk in." Okay, but the point of an appointment is you schedule that specific time. So they take priority over the walk ins, shouldn't they??? Not to mention the lady at the front desk at the pharmacy being super rude.

FedEx sign says pick up and drop off but you in fact CANNOT drop a package off unless you can provide the label. I just went to UPS because I don’t have a way to print one (most places just print the label in front of you). They need to better advertise that it is not a legitimate location to send packages but rather a place to hold packages via FedEx while you can’t be home to receive them.

Today went with my partner to get her , her first Covid vaccination (she is terrified of shots/needles) I would not be surprised if she has a phobia of needles. She was nervous and scared and needed me to go in with her to keep her calm, as she gets more and more nervous I can see the person giving her the vaccine first name “Karen” having the most ugly and disrespecting attitude I have ever seen from someone in the pharmacy field. I could not believe the way that Karen was behaving and acting towards my partner being afraid of shots it’s not my partners fault she has had fear since she was little. Never will I return to that Walgreens to get any service of some sort . I am extremely disappointed at her and I never even write reviews just only this once because of how Karen reacted . Just to give a brief description of her she wears circle glasses and has black hair. Horrible horrible job done by Karen.

Went yesterday for my scheduled booster appointment at 4:30PM. Took over 1hr 30 minutes to FINALLY to get service after I followed up about not receiving the vaccine consent form while others did. Would not recommend this location. Slow service and understaffed.

I used the automated service to set up our COVID boosters, but had trouble making my son’s appointment. So I called to speak to the pharmacy tech. “Karen” said I should call the automated system again and cancel my appointments & start again. Honestly I doubt that would fix our scheduling issue. I will say that she achieved her goal, which was for me to take our business elsewhere.

Had a vaccine appointment that. I made online. Preregistration was also done online. Arrived 30 minutes early to wait 20 minutes to check in for someone who did not register. Not enough places to sit. I asked about time since it was 20 minutes past my appointment and told I was next. I was not. 50 minutes after my appointment time I was seen. Why bother with appointments? Went to check out upfront and no one watching the registers. Not what i expect from Walgreens.
