If I could give 0 stars it would be excellent, I left the medicine for 2 days and they don't have it ready because I don't have insurance, I told them to do it, I'll pay, but I arrive again and the girl tells me that there are 3 prescriptions in front of me, we just opened “It's like 9 am? And the person who makes the consultations tells me “do you want me to transfer it to another pharmacy?” "What a stupid question, don't go here."

Very bad customer service. They say in the recording that they strive to perform excellent customer service but they do nothing of the sort. They never answer the phone at the pharmacy and you have to wait on hold forever. Very poor professionalism and very bad customer service. If you can avoid it, don't go to this Walgreens. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

It's in an easy place to get to even though I don't live here, it's a friendly place and the people are family-friendly, the place is very clean, there's ample parking... for people in wheelchairs to get off without any problem.

man worst place ever. worst customer service. trying to pay and the cashier looks at me like im annoying her to buy something.went to pick up some medication for my mother. said it would take 3 hours to fill the prescription and to come back after 1pm. well they take lunch until 2pm. Stupid person couldnt have said that and not make us wait. Horrible service. take your business anywhere else!

My phone was on the counter at this store. While I was shopping for some perfumes. Please return. There's a reward if you return to 2884 Impala Dr Brownsville Texas no questions asked. It's a motto screen has a dog on porch. Ask for Mary.

The service here is bad on 1/29/23 at 4pm these two women messed up my order for photos they mixed up my photo album with someone else and waited almost an hour when usually it takes 4min for 7 photos to be printed hope they hire someone else more professional I recommend to go to Boca chica and central Walgreens or other Walgreens besides this one the service is bad. They over priced me on 15 photos I didn't know until I went to Boca chika and central Walgreens.

The parking lot of this Walgreens tends to get packed. And yet this truck which belongs to an employee continues to double park day after day not allowing their own customers to park. So worried they might ding their pretty little truck. I'm guessing this employee does not care for customer service. Like yell don't take long to begin with

Amazing customer service I’ve only been to this store a couple of times since I live on the other side of town but lately this store has been so convenient for me since I work around the corner. But today was the deal breaker to make this my favorite Walgreens in town. I was in the checkout line and an associate offered to help me as she was ringing up my items she acknowledged my purchases asked me if it was a gift for myself. She automatically threw her sale pitch to sale me cosmetic items that were on sale and as a previous store manager she did amazing job I was automatically hooked. This young lady not only does she have great customers she knows her products she’s very knowledgeable of the items she offers customers ? As she finished with my transition she gave me her business card she’s a Beauty Consultant by the name of Shalma Picado told me to call her if I ever needed help I believe every Walgreens in Brownsville needs a Shalma in there store?
