Bad customer service. Only one location and it’s terrible service. Can’t even put a real number to contact the store directly. You can tell they don’t like dealing with people.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had this holiday season. After walking in to long wait times today December 28th to the only 2 employees. Yes 2!!!!! That were in the building scrambled leaving their customers to sign me in surrounded by a sea of customers. I find it absurd that a multi million dollar company has 2 employees helping customers left and right creating a bad experience for the customer base. I dread the day I have to come back here again and worry about having to wait wait wait. I too am a retail employee and disagree with the treatment and bad experience they are creating for their faithful employees and customer base.

Can't seem to use my fone with out it getting over heated, I keep thinking it's going to explode on my face or hand. Ever since I got my fone it's been this way. No bueno.No I don't have to many apps open. The connection sucks can't hear the other person on my fone. Pictures are not all the great

Great service and friendly people. Took a long time to get my problem fixed due to an issue with their system. My issue was fixed, and I am a happy customer. Thanks for the great service.

I was blown away by the level of customer service at Verizon. Staff are extremely helpful and patient with customers. The agent who helped me set up my hotspot device walked me through their different options and recommended me the perfect plan!

I stopped at store to get a new phone line and change my previous provider. Vanessa, was the employee who processed my new account. Service was terrible it actually took 3 hrs to complete my new account. To top it Off after reviewing my Bill, she took it upon herself to add insurance coverage @hot spot coverage without my consent. I requested that listed charges be taken off. She stated that there was a glitch on the system and it could not be done. She only provided a handwritten note with her signature stating it would be taken care off. I requested to speak with the manager. Raymond store manager apprised he would take care of it but it would take a few days, Totally unethical action by said employee Vanessa. I left location disappointed .Approximately 3 miles from location I received a phone call. The call was from a representative and requested I returned to the store to attempt to resolve this dispute. I returned to the store and Raymond store manager removed said charges,it actually took another hour of my time. I further learned that Vanessa, failed to inform me of discount of having my bill process via automated. It's a shame that no integrity exist. Simple out right Theft for the uneducated consumer

Lesley was most helpful in transferring my dad and apps from my old Android cellular phone to my new iPhone! She was very professional and friendly! I am also hearing challenged, so she spoke so I could understand her. She was most patient with me!

With this being a new store I thought I was going to have a better experience. I came in to handle fraud on my account and none of the reps were unwilling to help me. They provided false information and half of the reps didn’t know anything about their products nor promotions. I would expect this from a indirect location but with this being corporate I was expecting better customer service. If you’re going to buy a phone great but if you’re needing help with anything else good luck. And I know they’re just things that is out of their control but I just wanted to be pointed in the right direction where I could be helped.

I wasted a bunch of time trying to order phones online and kept getting an error, even customer service couldn’t help. Thankfully I came into this store and Laura got me taken care of, she was great. Thanks to her, my kids have some great presents for Christmas!

BEWARE! No! No! I went in to upgrade my very outdated phone. They recommended an 11. They said my bill would increase by $5. I said, great! They offered a FREE iPad and iwatch. WOW! All I paid that day was $186- the taxes on the iPhone, iwatch and iPad. Well………….. when I received my bill, it increased nearly $200 - $4.70 for my iPhone 11, $79 for a new phone line for my iwatch, and $90 for a new line for my iPad. I RETURNED the items, they credited my card for the taxes for FREE items $110. My bill was still $170 higher. I have been on the phone with customer service trying to get this taken care for an hour. Customer service rep said this happens ALL THE TIME in stores. They just try to sell you stuff. Call customer service to verify what they are offering!

Beware when using the promo of $800 off when trading in a phone. Was told the $800 would be applied and I could pay the remaining $400 balance for the iPhone 13 and not worry about having to make an extra payment for the phone plus the service.Boy was i in for a rude awakening. Currently I am stuck on having to pay the $800 if I decide to transfer to a different carrier or stay stuck with Verizon and horrible phone service I get in the valley.
