They couldn't solve my problem at the store & the lady didn't know how to fix my problem. No I walked out with no solution.

I was blown away by the level of customer service at Verizon. Staff are extremely helpful and patient with customers. The agent who helped me set up my hotspot device walked me through their different options and recommended me the perfect plan!
