DO NOT COME HERE! They NEVER answer their phone. The manager took our trade in and never sent it to Verizon and never got our money credited for the trade in. Spoke to Brian and he stated he would let Verizon know to add our credit and he never did. It’s been 6 months and this has not been resolved. I tried calling both this Verizon third party store as well as Verizon but nothing has been done. DO NOT COME HERE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Great place! I needed help with my gps, the young man helped me adjust it and I was able to get home. Very friendly, patient, very clean place. Knowledgeable people. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. This place is super sketchy. They apparently “lost” my trade in phone and they have no way of proving I took one in.This is crazy to me because this was a problem I addressed months back to only get the same answer. They have “no camera footage”, and want me to provide and an IMEI number when I bought this phone years ago! Not only can I not find this number since it’s an old device, but the reason I traded it in was for the $800 credit I was supposed to receive for it.If you look at the old reviews, this same thing happened to someone. If you decide to use this store, make sure you record yourself trading in your phone if you do, because apparently you have to.

Very underwhelmed. The selection was extremely sparse and it looked like they had just opened their doors. Looked unprofessional. On a positive note, the staff was wonderful and gave suggestions, was willing to help, and were informative. Kudos to staff

I am extremely disappointed on how this store handled my issue.Back in November 2021 I traded in 2 phones (iphone XR and Samsung Note) and I was suppose to receive device credit due to the promotion going on at that time. I waited 2 months and no credit was applied to my account.I advised the store and they kept telling me to wait because sometimes it takes a couple billing cycles to apply credit. Eventually I got tired of waiting and contacted the corporate email. After 6 months thereWas Still no resolution on their behalf.I was never contacted by the District Manager and I had to be following up with the store manager for updates. Apparently they didn't know what happened to the phones! I do not recommend this location your best bet is to go to the actual Verizon Store.I kept Verizon in the loop with the situation and they did the best they could to help me.I really hope this is not the way they manage all customer issues because it is not fair to us.

Well besides all the confusion and frustration caused by management not knowing proper policy and correct way of providing incorrect promotion information, going behind our backs and changing our plans so we could qualify for the promotion and lying to our faces about several things should explain my rating. I'm a current business owner of three different companies I believe this rating is accurate and proper. To bad I couldn't report them to BBB because they don't even appear on the Better bussiness bureau. Now I know why.

We had amazing service from both Carlos and Rojollio at this store. The store doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but the the guys working there are helpful and just so nice! Carlos helped us well after closing time without a single moment of frustration that we were there so late. I highly recommend this store. Great team!

Went in the store and it was way too hot in there. Could not be in there more than 10 minutes because of the heat plus wearing the mask, I felt asphyxiated. Had to go to another location, could not stand the hot in there.

I am a winter Texan and my phone started acting up. Read all the reviews and also personnel reviews. The ones for Mario were right on! He was the most helpful, knowledgeable Verizon person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I'd give him 10 stars if available!
