If I could give zero stars I would. We tried to pick up property of a deceased person from the vehicle and they said we couldn't without being the registered owner or insurance. They wouldn't even let us take pictures to go get insurance and the owner has the audacity to say "I'm trying to help you". No you just want money which is fine but don't say you're just trying to help

AAA Hooked me up with these guys. Juan Rangel did an Awesome Job getting me and my vehicle where we needed to go. He got there within the hour and went right to work and got me up and running in no time flat. He's an awesome towing technician and professional in everything he did. It certainly helps when you have experienced staff that know what they're doing!! Kudos for Juan Rangel and Valley Towing. The Valleys Premier Towing Full Service Providers.

Today I placed a call to roadside assistance and they sent over Valley Towing to pick up my car. They took 35 minutes for the driver to arrive. The employer Juan was very kind and helpful he was able to start my vehicle, it did not need to be towed. Thank you for your service, I recommend this towing company.

My vehicle inconveniently broke down in the middle turn lane of a very busy road. I sat there for way too long (no fault of valley towing - 3 minutes in a broken down car is way too long) with traffic buzzing by both directions shaking my vehicle around with every pass. Once they showed up the drive carefully loaded my car up and hauled the thing off to the mechanic of my choosing. It kinda messed up my afternoon, maybe it didn't deserve to be repaired.

Ridiculous service or lack of service. Put in a ticket to have my truck taken in for service at the dealership. It never got picked up. I got a 3:01 text that they had an ETA of 90-105 min, time went by and nothing. Got another text with ETA 10 min. Appointment was at 5 pm. I get a call from service at 12:20 am asking if they picked it up. No call no nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.
