Second time a phone i bought gets stolen in this place its just unbeliavable the kind of employees they have there. Oh and when ups responds to the reviews, they just do it for show since they dont help you out at all!

Very expensive package and driver didn’t knock and just stuck a sticker on my door saying “sorry we missed you”. Went to store immediately and lady tells me it’s because he has a lot of deliveries. Then lies to me and tells me it will be delivered the next day, which is Saturday, so it won’t be delivered. Laziness on the driver and store employee.

Here at 3:30pm to drop a package off, door sign says it opens at 3:30 now 3:50 and it’s still closed!! Parking lot full of vehicles but no one to assist with drop off! Unbelievable

They skip my house every now and then, and when you want to go pickup the package yourself, they charge you 7.99

Cant even talk to an actual representative. Got notified the day prior to delivery, package would be delivered at 7. Got home at 6 with a “sorry we missed you” note and a notification of a delivery attempt at 5:50.
