They don’t answer the phone ! I can’t believe this place is still open with all the reviews I called about 10 times and the place is open !

They never answer the phone. The customer service 800 number never routes you to an actual representative, Tracking links show multiple delivery estimates. They lost my phone months ago as it was shipped, to the T-mobile wearhouse. In order to verify my account for delivery changes, it asks me to provide information on family members I have not associated with since I was a child. That makes no sense. Cannot send an email to support, because it won't work either.

I can not believe this place is still open, the staff is very rude and they never answer their phone I've called about a dozen times and it just sends it goes straight to voice-mail I wish there was a different UPS store here in Brownville.

The worst customer service...i don't think there's another business in Brownsville with lower rating...this business hasn't changed nor it cares about their customers feedback... I called even though I could see in reviews what other customers say and it's true they don't answer phone I walk in store and everyone was chatty chatty not one concern about the phone

Unfortunately, I had to ship an item at this UPS location, and will be permanently switching to USPS due to the rude employees here. (Seems to be a reoccurring issue) Employee that assisted with my mail drop-off lacked customer service skills and was visibly angry when I asked a question. All in all, my question was not answered, this brilliant employee shook their head in front of me, and then thanked me. No sir, thank YOU for the amazing customer service. NOT! Hopefully this does not occur to most UPS customers.

Am taking the mail box service because can't attend my mail on business hours and have been in the store three times after hours, and it's closed. Had to come in business hours and manager mentioned door is not working and keys are not available and they don't know when will be, since it's not mandatory to provide such service when we hire this service because of that.Despite the rude attitude of this guy.

They lost 3 packages left at the wrong house. Even though the picture of the delivery was not of my house. They took it as proof of delivery and closed the investigation even though it was not my home. They told me they couldn't do anything. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I always get my packages without an issue but when I have question that I would like to ask or verify something they neveranswer the phone!..don't ever expect them to lol just get in your car and go the store because calling is a waste of time..but the attendants are very nice

Never a long wait. The place is clean. The attendant is always friendly and professional. He takes the time to answer any questions I have without making me feel rushed.

They don't answer the phone for nothing.... If you have questions about anything or check PO box or have a quick questions these guys won't answer the phone!!!!!!...maybe you need to know if they have certain products or services...they won't answer the phone...horrible customer service...!!!...
