Quick friendly service.A prescription was sent to this pharmacy last night. I called shortly after opening to see if my prescription was ready. They told me it was. I went to pick it up. When I got there it was ready. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

I would encourage the staff to be more patient, kind, and understanding of those who are not familiar with the protocol, rules, and regulations in regards to how pharmacy operates. From a customer's perspective, it is very confusing when the 'routine' is broken. We all have our bad days, but we should try to keep the general public separated from any personal issues we may be experiencing. I would promote the idea that the staff should assume that others are coming from a place of curiosity and not negativity. Despite this, I do plan to continue working with the pharmacy because they have been a favorite of mine for years. The convenience of being attached to the clinic, their hours, and the experience with them throughout the years overall is more than enough to excuse this one unusual day. I hope that by discussing this issue, we can help prevent future misunderstandings between the pharmacy professionals and their customers.
