Azucena, the manager on duty quickly resolved my problem. She was able to reprint a copy of my receipt since I was not provided with one at the time of purchase, earlier on the same day.

I gave it two stars not because it is a bad store (I like it) but in account of the lady at the jewelry section, she's always very rude. I don’t know if she is the only salesperson in that department but every single time I go to that store, she “attends” me. Once, I asked for her opinion, she looked me in the eyes with this angry face, said nothing and turned her back to me. She also never greets me, just says “I'll be with you in a minute”, with a bad attitude and not just to me but I've seen her do the same to other costumers.
