Terrible customer service from Jose Altamirano!! We are attending a comic con this month and we let him know what we wanted for our booth 2 months before event and until today he has not even started with anything just makes excuses and blames other employees. It is not the first time he doesn't even show care for our projects. Now he just stopped responding!!!
