I went for customer service. My new Galaxy phone would not connect to recharge. A service rep took my info, inspected the phone and concluded the charging port was broken and was going to file a claim for me as long as I wasn't rude to her. I said that I wasn't being rude as she continued to speak over me, interrupting, and cutting me off. I have never dealt with a costumer service representative who treated a customer with such disrespect! Stay away from the T-Mobile store on frontage road next to James Avery!

On Tuesday Dec.5th went into this store because of problems with ads popping up. Any way the girl that helped me was not in good mood AT ALL. She did do a hard reset to phone, now I am stuck retrieving my stuff. But what really bothered my wife and I, they were handing out glasses. They were giving 2 and 3 glasses out to one person just showing up. When we asked to get a glass for our daughter they denied us. I know that ONE person was picking up 2 or 3. That is VERY unfair to us that have been customer for years with 4 lines. The guy signing people in was running to hand his friends glasses and not attending us. Very sad to see this happening and being treated differently from others. Not the value of glass, but principle of situation.

Nice store, but customer service terrible. Was never asked to sign in. I can see other reviews on here that are similar. Others were asked to sign in. Ridiculous. Guess they don't want more business.

Got talked down to by associate named Brianna, as if she thought I was broke or something. Laughed while she explained the new premium line they offer.edit: it’s funny that the review just below mine mentions the same person! Didn’t see theirs before I posted mine but hey it makes sense

Received help from Brianna W. The service she provided seemed like she was annoyed the entire time because she had to do her job and she was often condescending. At one point, I had trouble signing in to my iCloud completely unrelated to my password but she insisted I was inputting my password wrong even though I had explained that the matter was not related to my password. Throughout this process, she offered no advice for help but I was able to resolve it myself. As she set up my phone, she kept touching her eye with the tip of her finger then using that same finger to set up my phone which is so disgusting. I hadn’t even touched the phone yet and this made me not want to take it. In the end, I suppose I was able to get the service I needed, but from what other reviews have said, this T-mobile team is severely lacking in customer service.
