I took my truck there for repair after a semi-truck rear ended me. The fender and the bed of the truck had damage in which it was all shifted inward on the left side. The tailgate was closing fine and that was the damage that was done. We wanted for them to fix the bed of the truck and the bumper. Well when it was time to pick up the vehicle about a month later. The only thing was fixed was the bumper. Because according to the employee the damage to the bed of the truck was done by a previous accident that the vehicle had when we bought it. How is he going to tell me that this damage was done by a prior accident that I did not see because it was previous owner. The prior accident was on the right side and the damage from this accident was on the left side. Well upon picking up the truck the tailgate was not closing fully automatically like it was prior to me leaving the truck. The tailgate was not affected by the accident. Then the right-side rear-view mirror was loose. This vehicle is mostly used by my husband and he knows every dent and scratch that it has and we know for sure that the mirror was not loose. Bottom line they made their own "assessment" and stated that the damage done to the bed of the truck was from previous accident. After picking up the vehicle my husband figured out that the tailgate was not closing because it was locking and all he had to do was unlock it. So apparently, they do not know what the heck they are doing. According, to his (employee) assessment the tailgate was not closing because of "previous accident". Never again will I take a vehicle to this location nor refer anyone to this location.

Brought my Cx5 in for some hood damage repair and the guys did a great job! Then a week later had a ceramic coating applied and I'm so far very happy with it.

Highly recommend doing business with them , about 2 years ago I was crashed into my passenger front door and they fixed it and left it like new . My recent visit which was about 1month half ago was because I was crashed into my drivers side door once again they did an awesome job leaving it like new . Professional staff they will get you right .

THIS IS THE BEST, NICEST, MOST UNDERSTANDING, WELL PUT TOGETHER BUSINESS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They told me they were going to do the best i could with the small budget i had and they gave me WAY better than I expected and so humbly, wouldn’t even accept tip. I was in Brownsville for vacation and crashed my 2009 Dodge Ram into a ditch to where the bumper was scarily popping out and now it almost looks better than before!! After an unexpected accident, our insurance recommended Superior Collision to fix our vehicle. Let me say that we ended up more than satisfied as our vehicle ended up not only fixed but also looking just like new! Their customer service was great and Ramiro treated us great from day one.
