I wasn’t impressed with their service. The coupons had limitations- this was not listed on the coupons. Such as only one per visit (no free cookie this trip).

This particular Subway always seems to disappoint me. Somehow, they've managed to mess up my order by the drive-thru. I always ask for avocado on my Subway Club. After I've made a payment, they "forget" to add it. It's a small detail that is clearly shown on the receipt. I happen to notice there's none until I get home. I get upset because it has been multiple times. I get charged for avocado, and they do not add it! If they ran out, then ok, or if I forgot to mention it, oh well. But whenever I am near the area and I want Subway, I feel self-obligated to go inside just so they get my order right. Please double-check the orders are complete for customers in the drive thru.

I don't know who was working tonight, but MAN. Didn't know making a sandwich was damn near rocket science. Ordered through the drive thru. First, they forgot to put my chips in the bag. Got home to find no chips, so I went back for them. Then I finally make it BACK home, just to open my sandwich & find vegetables missing that I asked for. If there's one lesson you take from me, get off & order. Or at least check your sandwich before leaving. Better yet, just go somewhere else. Terrible. Oh & not to mention I was on a phone call & I had the call connected to my car & this girl really told me "I can hear your whole conversation" like okay, AND?? Maybe if you minded your business & paid more attention to your job, you'd get it right the first time. She made this comment after telling me to give her a minute, so it's not like she was waiting for me to give her my order. Just eavesdropping I guess. Oh well, gotta go enjoy this yummy plain sandwich now, and so much for asking for it toasted.

Took 20 min to order a sandwich. Go to a different subway if you want your food right away. Heed this advice

After accidently dropping food on the floor, the employee with the same gloves being used to pick up the toppings on the floor, almost contaminated my order with the dirty gloves before stopping him and informed him what he's doing wrong. Despicable and disgusting. Please retrain the employees.

Came here after my daily run I didn't have enough for a drink I was only missing 3 cents and the guy hooked me up it's clean in here too and not too busy inside
