The lady that works in the back “Cynthia” needs to learn how to approach and confront customers. Today, I was approached by Cynthia and instead of respectfully asking me, she rudely confronted me in front of other customers if I was going to purchase what she thinks I had put in my pockets. In addition, I had 0 things in my pockets and I was greatly embarrassed by this employee. I think training and policies need to be reinforced with this one.

Eating nachos and ignoring the one Customer in front. They were sitting ,laughing and when I asked to be charged they spoke in Spanish. I speak and understand Spanish so what was said was rudest most racist Customer service I have been treated to at a stripes.

I thought a stripes convince stores are open 24/7, but I guess not I went there and lights and everything where on, but the door was locked, I kept knocking there for 20 mins, still no service, terrible!
