Absolute HORRIBLE experience here!!! They literally require so much just to rent an outside vehicle parking spot. Person that works inside then threatened to have our vehicle towed after we had just given a payment because we never gave a “required” form. How else would we have been able to get the storage spot???? NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE USING MOVE IT STORAGE!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD.

The last 3 times I have visited there is no one in the office during their posted hours. More than half the time I call no one answers and today I couldn’t get the gate code to work.
