Went to this store to upgrade my tablet and rep #137 offered to help. I kept the same line and didn't qualify for any promotions. I could not use my tablet outside of my home... I also noticed it took forever to start after turning it off( their solution, do not ever turn it off). I went back only to be told I needed to upgrade my line...which has been working perfectly with my other tablet. Today(1/12/24) I went back and asked them to change the SIMS card to see if that would help. It seemed to help a little, not much. They want to charge me restocking fees if I return this tablet... I should have just bought a tablet at Walmart a lot cheaper and with warranty... This store are an embarrassment to TMolble !

Depends who you get. On a previous visit i got good customer care. Other visits, you just don't. The blame goes to management setting a poor tone of not wanting to help or do anything that requires extra work. I was also told to cancel one of my lines through calling customer care. The store associates couldve done it themselves but didnt want the extra work.

Employees lack respect for customers here.Went in for phone assistance, Employees were quickly dismissive and loudly rude. Don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place left a bad impression with me.

I didn't personally get a phone it was my mom and her husband getting one , but I have to say Samantha's service was above and beyond ,straight to the point,polite ,helpful , giving us the best deal , for what they wanted ,the experience could have not been better
