Charge us a good amount of money for internet and I use it to work from home. There was no announcement for an outage and when I tried calling, but the machine would just hang up due to “high call volume”. App is usually buggy and takes a while for it to load.

Extremely slow. 13 people waiting and 3 of the 5 staff members disappear. As a new customer, gives appearance that this company doesn’t care about customers.

I visited this location and witnessed how the manager just sits around and does nothing. Other staff did the same. I was there to return old equipment and they wouldn't take it back so they can continue charging extra. The lady who attended to me was very rude and not helpful at all. I took a day off the visit for nothing. Terrible experience and I noticed the people there are only pushing their cellphone usage not really care about the other services. Please spectrum with the amount of money we pay every month, hire new people who actually care about their jobs.

I went to go return their equipment and their original box and the girl that attended to me pronounce my name completely wrong as if I was a girl I had to correct her and she refused to take the equipment in its original carport box she told me that I had to dispose of the cardboard boxes on my own and I told her I wouldn't because it's their property and she proceeded to return my equipment with attitude

I disconnected services on February 4th. Spectrum is billing me for the entire month of February, even though I only had service for four days. $325 for 4 days of their crappy service. This is outrageous. They say it's they way they do business in Texas. Avoid them if you can. This is completely unfair. Contacting the Texas AG next.

Went to the store to Pre-Order New Phone. Representative gave me the total so I provided my debit card and she scanned it. It's been over 3 weeks and just received email that the phone was never sent because payment is still pending. Called Spectrum and nobody can give me an answer as to why my card was scanned because supposedly they dont take payments at the store. Long story short nobody wants to take responsibility for giving me the wrong information. Phone representative, supervisors were completely USELESS!!!!!!!! No customer service was provided to correct the situation at all. Representatives drom rhe store were useless also. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

Not a lot of channels to see everything is repeated channels, service customers don't know much of everything, they keep bouncing you off to another customer service person, keep you on hold while they ask someone else how to do their job, and then they hang up when panicking. The service is expensive I only have basic cable & WiFi & they charging me $199 that's crazy & I don't know many channels to watch their boring broadcasts, the WiFi is the slowest. So why I pay $199 is ridiculous. Plus most of the time my broadcast freezes a lot. The service is out. They really sux but i can't have a satellite ? on my Apt it isn't allowed so am stuck with them for now.
