Terrible service after they make a sale they don’t care about the customer and the manager is useless. It’s not worth your time or money. Avoid this place. All the “perks” that supposedly are free and advantages when making a purchase are not true there are fees for all these “perks”.

Just an FYI for prospective buyers, you pay $250 for delivery. Then, if at any point during your "100 night trial" you don't like your bed, and want a refund, you get a refund after paying an additional $250 for pickup. It's a possibility that the salespeople may not disclose that to you as they have you sign all the paperwork online, so take your time to read the paperwork, and ask questions. But just know if you dont like your bed and return it, it's an additional $250 you get to pay. For me, $500 for a bed I didn't like. happy bed shopping folks. Johnathan acted as if he didn't know of the return fee. So, the information is not posted at registers.

My wife and I ordered our King Smart Bed Climate 360 on 12-21-22We picked the earliest delivery date which was 2-2-23.Fast forward to 1-31-22. I received a text saying the delivery has been delayed and we would need to log back in to reschedule the delivery.Now the earliest day will be 2-17-23. I called customer support and asked about getting a date closer to the original date and he said he could move it up to 2-14-23. I asked for an explanation on why the delay? And was told no trucks will be in the area till then.I am a little confused on more than one front. (1) They would have known if a truck would be available far sooner then 2 days so why the text 2 days before our bed was to arrive?(2) Why should I be expected to make different plans when I had my schedule to be here for a delivery date over a month away ?and got very little notice.On another issue....When we purchased the bed we also purchased two sets of sheets and a protector for the mattress.I placed a $5000 down payment on the purchase.1-19-23 I received a bill from the credit card company saying I have a payment due on 2-10-23.At first I thought that was odd. But if the bed arrives before that it will be fine.You can imagine my frustration when the delivery was delayed.Now I will be enjoying a payment on a card but not a bed.Sleep Number has time to make this right. And I will update this review as needed.Update. 2-12-23 Received a text saying a time has been setup for our bed. On 2-14-23 @ 1 to 4pm. Yippee.... On 2-14-23 at 10:45 received another text saying our bed delivery has been pushed back yet again to 2-24-23. I called to see why. Tiffany explained, "Our bed was put on the wronge truck and sent to wrong state. And will need to send back to Minnesota before being shipped here".This is beyond poor customer service and is flirting with fraud. We are going elsewhere.
