I have been to 3 Skechers stores this week. This very nice and helpful gentleman offered to order them for me and mail them to my home. He was the only associate that offered this.

I was very disappointed & felt very disrespectful. When they told my mother who was in wheelchair she couldn’t use their restroom. The female associate, whom my mother asked said, " The restroom was out of order," and my husband asked the male associate, and he said, "The restrooms were closed to the public.".... but I saw them allowed someone they knew to use it. If they going to lie, keep the same story... NOT A FRIENDLY STORE AT ALL, HOW SAD.... NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK TO THAT STORE. SPREADING THE WORD.

Nice selection of shoes , but it's more expensive then other shoe stores. I did buy the slip on skechers I couldn't find anywhere else...they was $80 to $95 and had about 4 or 5 styles most look alike.

This store is no longer a good store, the prices on items are extremely high, the quality is not very good either, customer service is ok, the store doesn't have many customers and they no longer have any good deals on any apparel, I suggest to buy on line instead, online they offer better deals for purchase, great and unique styles and fast delivery.

I was very disappointed and felt very disrespectful. When they told my little nephew he couldn’t use their restroom because it wasn’t open to the public, but I saw them allowed someone they knew to use it. So glad Dick’s had public restrooms.

Great experience from your team. They helped me find the work shoes I needed. And...on top of that I found I get a 30 percent discount for working in the restraunt.. which saved 18 dollars. I will for sure be sending our employees your way and returning my non slip work shoes to Walmart.

Super helpful & friendly. We walked in right before closing, we were greeted as we walked and asked if we needed help finding something. Associated walked with us to the area and showed the shoes they had available. EXCELLENT customer service
