Bad experience, if it is located inside a store, you should be able to pay for any item in that said store especially if you purchase some pricey items from that department.

love this place for makeup. however, sometimes the things i want are not there. sucks but what can you do. employees are nice sometimes, sometimes they just ignore or don’t pay any attention to you. i wish they could do order ahead / pickup at this location!
