My experience at Safelite AutoGlass was awesome! Everyone that I encountered from the office personnel to the technician was so kind and professional. The quality of the work done on my windshield was top notch, too.

Had my back windshield replaced. Had to wait a week and a half for it. And now I can hear glass when I open up my back door. Called and the technician said they really can’t do anything about it. He tried to vacuum as much as possible. Not happy about it. Hearing glass between the door and panel is not good.

I had a windshield chip about 1 inch wide, but Safelite didn't fix it properly & the chip continued to grow. Try to avoid this company!

I went there to make an appointment and got one so when I try calling 1 day before my appointment. Because I'm out of town. And I just wanted to ask a simple question. But when you call the stupid automated machine, don't allow you to speak to anyone.I just wanted to ask one simple question if someone could leave my vehicle there. For my appointment but since I can't speak to nobody. I cancel my appoi meant safelite you're no good.

If there was a no star I would. I made an appointment for my car more than a week ago. Their assistant called me just last week telling me they had an oppening for me to fix my windshield but since I didnt have the money on hand had to wait until today 9/19 and remember I made appointment on 9/5 so now I get a phone call telling they didnt have the glass because they have a problem with Austin, so I got mad cause I gave them more than a week for them to have it ready so she says they have to order for every three people, I told her I dont care. So she ended up saying that they did have the glass but they needed the garment to put it. After that she tells me she needed to speak to the manager and left me on hold on the phone and started helping another customer on the counter. So nobody came to the phone. And I havent even mentioned that she didn't speak not even a little bit of English. No professionalism, no good customer service, no english. I dont mind speaking my own language but from the moment she called never once asked me what language I wanted to speak.

First you can't talk to a human anymore can't even ask a question or get a quote you have to either drive in or go online. Second I'm still waiting on a windshield repair been 5 weeks now not even an email to let me know the status and you can't call anymore so your screwed. Don't recommend at all.

Weeks ago I set up an installation for a back window of my 2022 Tacoma to be replaced at my house. Safelite didn’t give the correct option online to order the right window. So, I sat at home waiting for installers all day and no one came because it was the wrong window that came in. Then 10 days later the window came in and of course it rained during that wait. They installed it and the electronics didn’t work. They said it was the fuse or the regulator. They can’t replace fuses, so I took it to the dealer and it cost $380 more to replace the fuse. Then I returned to Safelite and they attempted to install the window. In that attempt the broke the regulator and the edge of the window was damaged. So, they taped it into place I am currently involved with a huge job and don’t have time to go back in for the 3rd time. Meanwhile, the right brake light stopped working the same day they tried to install the window. This entire experience has been awful and to make matters worse m, safelite does not give you a customer service representative to report these things to online. I’ve had to call so many people that it’s ridiculous. I’m currently out of pocket $480 and still have a broken window and we’re almost a month into this ordeal..

The glass and service is pretty top notch when replacing the windshield. But trying to contact the office directly is impossible and the phone tree only does basic level stuff. Set up an appointment, or hangup on you.
