Cleanliness: Place is super clean and doesn’t smell like other salons which I’ve me a headache
Stylist: Lisa is my stylist most of the time but they are all excellent

Got a classic pedi and was not exactly happy with results. Didn’t give a nice shape or even buff the nail to have a smooth surface. You can see all the ridges and the paint looks gloppy on top. Two stars because they at least didn’t hurt me.

Within the first week my dip nails were messing up. She ended up cutting down more than I told her(I wanted long natural nails). My niece's nails weren't any better.

Such ugly nails. I can’t even believe how bad this was done. I’m so mad over this experience. The nails aren’t even the shape I wanted one hand is coffin botched and the other is square. The white tip doesn’t even look the same on the other hand. I told them they were has & they “fixed” them. I had to pay $65 for this. Horrible. Never coming back here again. I wish I could get a refund and get these nails removed. I’m embarrassed to wear them out.

super over priced i paid $70 for a French tip and they do it very rushed and sloppy. after 2 days, nails begin to fall of. would not recommend pls save your money and go somewhere else

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, man that worked on my friends nails was RUDE. He tried doing her nails in a rush and hit her hands multiple times with the lamp and didn’t even say sorry, Also there was dead roach right under her chair. This place is horrible, rude employees and not sanitary

Don’t go here. A guy did my nails and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He overcharged me for super short nails & was in a huge rush (I don’t know why because there wasn’t even any customers waiting). I just got them done yesterday and they’re already lifting. All the nails are uneven and the acrylic is super thin. I was planning on getting a pedicure too but I decided to leave right after he finished my nails. I won’t spend a dollar here.

A young guy did my pedicure, he cut the side of my nails for some reason and cut me pretty bad. This is after 2 days of antibiotic ointment. Won't be back.

I went to do my nails yesterday because Cosmo was packed.. this place suxks. My pedicure was horrible., he left my old color on the sides and top..My nails were as bad. Not even a day later and you can see now my real nail on the top. Guy was rude and not nice at all. I will never go back Save your money and go somewhere else...

Terrible customer service. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor. They are rude, curt. I'll never go back. They should be grateful anybody chooses their business.
