As home buyers we were intimidated by the though of buying a house. Mr. De la Garza from Reliant Mortgage Services showed great patience explaining the process involved with the loan process in a clear and concise manner. It is evident that Reliant Mortgage Services really takes the time to research all the options, and do not just settle for the easiest or most utilized option. The time and effort Mr. Ricardo de la Garza put into our loan and closing process was very extensive, above and beyond job and we really want to thank you for everything you did for us to get our new house! Ricardo was very attentive and always answered my calls/texts, even on the weekends. He explained things throughly and always asked if I had any other questions. Pam was also helpful as she would send detailed emails explaining what I needed to send or do. As a first time home buyer, the process was smooth!

I recently used their service to refinance my mortgage. The process was made very easy by the advisor. Everything was done via email or phone. Also the process was very fast. It took me less than a month to refinance. I was made aware of the stage in the process that I was on at all time, and when I needed assistance the advisor called me and walked me through every step. A few months ago I started the process, but began to get bombarded with calls from an agent that was extremely pushy. At that point I felt something was off and decided to postpone. With Ricardo the process was calm, and it felt like he really cared to get me a good offer and was looking in my best interest. Will recommend using his service if in the market to refinance or on a new mortgage.

Ricardo was amazing. He was there at ALL times. We had so many ups and downs during the process of buying our home and he was always available, no matter what. He guided us through the entire process and he was very comforting in our down times. He was extremely honest & gave his professional opinion the entire time. His assistant Pam was also amazing.
