Horrible customer service!!! Door has a screw coming out and almost broke my finger!! Nail techs said the other girls left 45 minutes before closing time!! HORRIBLE PLACE DONT COME HERE

Love that this place was open at 9 am (Tuesday-Saturday)! Perla gave me a great pedicure with regular nail polish. She was thorough, but gentle in removing my ingrown toe nail. I will definitely come again to try their other services! Thank you Perla! ?

was charged $65 wish i would’ve noticed that they connected the dots on my middle finger and also cut my ponter finger a little crooked on my left hand still tipped $15 ??♀️

I asked for a pedicure with shellac and picked a coral color for my toes from the color basket they gave me. The experience was painful. The young lady (don't know her name, she has highlights) was filing my heels and she scratched my ankle with the rough scrubber. It hurt but I thought accidents happen to everyone. Then she did it again on my other foot. My ankles were itching and turned red. When it was tome to put the shellac she did not separate my toes with the toe separator. I didn't mind since I have short toenails. But everyone around me had the toe separators. Lastly, when my toes would go inside the UV light they looked neon pink and when out of it they looked coral. She later advised me.. once she was done.. that this is color that changes with temperature. When it's hot they're neon and cold they are more true to the coral color I picked. I told her I didn't know it was a changing color she said the basket of colors we gave you is color changing. I said I didn't ask for that. So now I have a different color on my hands and 2 scratches one on each ankle that hurt if I use any shoes with straps. BE careful ladies. Do ask what kind of color is it before you pick& speak up on the first time you feel pain.

We will never go back, my boyfriend and I went 2 days ago to get a manicure and the polish immediately started falling off for no reason. The person who attended to him began to ask personal questions, making him feel uncomfortable.

If you want to go as a walk-in, DONT! They take forever and give you attitude along with that. They barely acknowledged me when I walked in and that's because I made an appointment. I waited 10 minutes until finally someone acknowledged me and asked me what I needed. I stated I had an appointment and waited an additional 10 minutes. The whole time I got my Shellac the 2 ladies were gossiping about how they had a meeting and how one girl quit because of impulse. So unprofessional. Unbelievable how these workers even have jobs when they are rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This will be my last resort when it comes to choosing a nail salon.

First time here and everyone was so welcoming. Great pedicure experience! They offered a drink and were so friendly! I've been looking for a salon in Brownsville and I've finally found one! Service was exceptional and my nails look great!
