Pueblo Tires in la feria, tx has their reviews private for a reason, so let it be known here, that pueblo tires in la feria, tx has very poor customer service. Went there for a flat tire fix. After notifying the man behind the counter (Mr. Dominguez) that there was a screw in the tire. I was assured that it be fixed. 20+ minutes later after a long wait, the boy (who looked like a temp worker) supposedly worked on my tire, claimed that there was no nail or screw in the tire and I took his word for it. As soon as I left my sensor went off yet again. Got home only to see that the screw was infact, in the tire. This company waisted our time and did not get a simple job done. I'll stick to the local tires shops instead for well reasons.

I called to see if they had an opening for a tire with a nail. There was 1 car ahead of me at time of call. When I arrived, 10:30, there were 2 cars ahead of me. I also wanted them to look at my AC switch. No problem, they said. The place was beautiful and the staff seemed courteous and nice.
After 2 + hours, I asked how much longer it would be. They told me they were working on it and that they were quite busy. There were two cars in the bays and how did cars jump ahead of me?
After 3 hours, I was getting agitated. I was then told that the part had to be delivered from McAllen and that would take 45 minutes and at least another hour to install. They had just put my tire back on my vehicle. I was quoted $343 and change. I opted out of waiting and just paid $197 + change fir the tire.
I spoke with the Assistant manager regarding the issue. He apologized and said he would speak with the manager and make me a good deal. He said he would propose them coming and getting my vehicle and reduce the cost of the parts to make it right with me.
I just got off the phone with yet another Assistant Manager who didn't want to talk with me on the phone, but wanted me to come in and talk with him. I stated the reason for them coming to pick up my vehicle, was to prevent any further inconvenience to me and I was not willing to come in for a discussion when I could have it over the phone and decide if I wanted to do further business with them.
He quoted me a price for the part that was higher than what I was quoted yesterday. When I told him that, he stated that didn't mean that would be what he actually charged me. I asked him what he would charge me? He would not discuss further unless I agreed to come in and speak with him in person.
Such a shame. This place is conveniently located, clean and a very interesting decor. BUT, waiting 3 hours for 1 tire to be changed? No. Getting multiple quotes for same product? No. Ability to work with customers and honor their quotes and word? No. Ability to effectively manage the workforce? No. They should have looked at the AC parts first and they would have been there after 3 hours to change a tire.
Not doing or referring anyone to this place for any type of business.
