Had just moved to Texas and was looking for a Texas bank. Unfortunately dealt with some rude customer service representative and miscommunication on their part. So I did not make an account with them. Because why would I let someone handle my money that cant even be respectful. Im sure its a decent bank but first impressions are everything.

Love the customer service they are always friendly, drive thru or the lobby but the downside the ATM never works and i don't mean 1 or 2 times. We've been to the ATM more than 10 times and it NEVER works we have to go to the store and get cash back.

Cashed a check from a employer.Friendly staff , helpful & quick! I even considered banking with Plains Capital Bank.
