I had a wonderful experience with the service department today! We're not from the area, and didn't get a chance to get the oil changed before leaving town. We called and they said we could just bring it in. They did the oil change while I waited in about an hour. I had asked them to rotate my tires, but they forgot. They were apologetic and so helpful that I didn't mind waiting a little longer. We noticed the battery for my remote starter needed to be replaced, so they did that complimentary. I truly appreciated them being up front and efficient. The waiting area is kind of small, but luckily, I was the only one there. It's stocked with plenty of vending machine snacks, a coffee bar, and a TV to pass the time. We're in the valley often, and it's comforting knowing we can count on them when needed.

The level of service this dealership delivers is subpar. The service department is rude and basically gives no effort in customer service. They always seem to be short staffed and have now been leaving my car filthy when returning it. No paper mats, no car wash, no tire rotation, no customer service. I was told my car didn’t get washed because it would basically look the same afterwards anyways. I cannot understand why my vehicle was left greasy and dirty with mud all over the mats. It was so gross I took it to get vacuumed and washed immediately. As much as I love my Atlas, I will not upgrade my vehicle with this dealership. I would rather go anywhere else.

We had a leaking head casket replaced under warranty. Marco and his staff did an excellent job. The car works like new. They also made the car look like new. Hats off to Marco and company.

we received a called that the there was no problem w our car speakers - when we got there - (we have no idea how they could say that if the front speakers are not working and not even vibrating ) we showed the technician and then he agreed to our initial request..: very disappointed
