I'm never purchasing another item from this place ever again. I purchased an insurance warranty on an item and it was never used. I wanted to use the insurance credit to buy a new item, since the insurance was never used, but now they are telling me that I need to provide them with a voucher from FIVE YEARS AGO! which I don't remember receiving. Plus, they do not have anything on file (Contract).

Bad service, they are not open at the hours posted. Wasted my time coming to find out that they closed earlier than what they were supposed to.

Poor extended warraty service, no return calls when promissed & have to continue calling them to remind them of service needed for appliace purchased. As if they ignor you on purpose just so they don't have to pay for parts & labor! What good is it to buy extended warranty with them if they don't honor it!

Please do not shop here! We spoke to someone over the phone told us one thing. So we go in. Big mistake..very unprofessional and every time u ask some thing different story. No one is on the same page. The sales persons are very rude!!
