THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE THERE ALREADY OLD AND HE WAS RUDE TO MY HUSBAND TOLD HIM TO GET AWAY TO KEEP YOUR DISTANCE AND MY HUSBAND WAS IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER MY HUSBAND ASKED TO BE SERVED BY ANOTHER PERSON I don't think it was because of the virus because my husband just I stop in front of the counter to be served and also they don't even bring a mask, I don't know what the problem was.

The people here are knowledgeable and will let you know if you need an actual mechanic. They'll never lead you on to spend $ you don't have to. They let you know they're not experts and will advise you with no preference. Highly recommend this location!

The past 3 times I've gone here. An older gentleman with mustache and clear glasses doesn't sound too happy in that store. And I feel awkward cuz he wants to help, but he keeps giving me wrong, maybe none information on what I'm asking.. I've tried avoiding him but I think so is everyone else.. please if you're manager in charge, have a talk with him about training more.. he really needs to get on the ball.. Its the O'Reillys cloose to my home.. but I have been deciding to go to central blvd one because they try and help me.. and they know what they talking about. Sorry I don't wanna be a jerk but I had to say it.. its already been 3 times. Thank you.
