“I went in and brought all my own fluids and filters, I was quoted 25$ for the oil change over the phone. The next day when I went in, I confirmed it with one of the workers. I guess somewhere along the lines communication failed because it’s actually 46.99. They honored the quote for me and advised next time it would be full price. I was very grateful and impressed with the customer service. Will be going back for my next one!”
“Miguel in the Service Dept deserves a raise! 5/5 Stars! We were visiting the Valley from out of town and during this Texas heat, the A/C on our SUV decided to stop working mid trip. We stopped by on Monday morning without an appointment hoping for a miracle and Miguel took us in and couldn’t guarantee a timeframe but would try his best. Days later we get a call that the A/C is fixed and the SUV is ready to go. Something that could have really dampened our visit to the Valley was saved by Miguel and the Service Dept at Tipotex Chevrolet! If you need your Chevy worked on, I would definitely recommend Tipotex Chevrolet!”

“Great job for me... once for oil and then back for the transmission needed a flush they did the drain and fill shifting way smoother. Had been towing my RV and my used Silverado had not been serviced by the dealer prior to purchase they pulled the dipstick and I was surprised to see the filthy oil. So I checked myself and sure enough. Glad they checked.. filled my windshield fluid sure the tires no extra charge. Goty inspection too. Fast service. Quick, thorough, friendly guys at this station.”

“Very good mechanics! I had a "mechanic" from La Pulga Online replace my clutch and he mest up my vehicle. These guys re did his work and fixed it. Now the Jeep runs so smooth! They called me every 2 or 3 hours to update me on the status. These is the second time they work on my vehicles and I decided to keep them as my go to mechanics. Oh and they even towed my jeep to their shop! Keep up the good work guys.”

They hooked me up with a ride home so I didn't have to wait on site while my car was getting serviced and picked me up when work was completed (Shuttle driver dude's Customer Service and humor was on point). 10/10 Would definitely recommend, totally coming back.”

“I went to the Auto Center because I had a tire on my Honda that I thought had a slow leak for the last for months and I wanted to have the tire patched if possible. Well the technitions couldn't find a hole, slit, or open seam in the tire and they even put it in water! I have been here several times to get that tire filled with air and never once have I been charged (even when they took my tire off to look for a hole) and nobody would accept a tip!”
