Every time i go to the store i feel very welcomed and employees are super helpful especially Santos and Grace every time i need a part they have it in stock or if not they get it for me the next day. I just really wish they put a 1/18 scale crawler course in Brownsville area✌?

On my first visit I had the privilege to meet one of the most helpful employees Gracie .
I had a lot of questions that needed to be answered and she very patiently helped me understand what I was purchasing . I was very impressed by her knowledge on the Rc cars. Ever since my last visit I’ve been recommending all of my friends and family to this place especially because of the service .For sure I will continue to shop at this place ?

Initially a bad experience.I hate rating business bad, I never leave reviews, especially bad ones I don’t like to be petty like that. The thing was about the waiting time for a repair on a scooter tire. There was just bad communication at first from the employees but they are making it up and I just recommend you guys to be clear on waiting times and prioritize services. I don’t think swapping a tire tube should take a week and a half. And I get it, not employees fault. Just recommend being clear and taking priority on making the service a bit faster! In 2022 fathers day I got my first Traxxas RC a Maxx(amazing RC truck giving me more than 50MPH speed). I been using it when I got a chance, NSR give me 30 days of warranty on the electronics on the truck (they explain to me the warranty before buying). after that I have a special warranty rate on the electronics. This week for some reason my Servo(motor that control the Steering) stop working, I did check the Warranty prices on Traxxas page to replace my Servo. So after that I call NSR in Brownsville, they explain how the warranty works. and they actually respect the Warranty price on the servo. so i took my truck and that same day they change the part and took care of everything (No extra charge for labor!!!, Labor is included when you buy the RC and parts from them). From day one without buying anything the team of Brownsville (Jesus, Grace and Santos) had treat me as a person, I believe the care for their customers, and I don't thing they mislead you in any way. At the end I'm happy customer and I can recommend this location without any doubt. kudos to you guys :)

Very poor warranty and customer service. Your told one thing over the phone then come in and the employees can’t get there story straight and don’t want to give out information to speak with a manager or someone with experience. Had been there numerous times and has a great variety of items to up your RC cars but would much rather wait for prime shipping then go back there due to the rude employees.

Left my Jeep's there to get worked on and they got thrown away because we took to long to go for them. They won't do anything to compensate for that. Horrible customer service. Manager laughed at the fact that they didn't know where our Jeep's were.

It has a small variety of toys, but items that are not common. good quality. We bought a monkey head bag covered in sequins for 13 dollars for a girl
