I'm new to the area found this salon on Yelp and made an appt. Needed a wash, haircut, and style. My stylist was Sylvia she was so personalble, fun, and did exactly what I asked. I love my haircut. I highly recommended this salon I will definitely be back to get my haircut again. A+ experience. Great friendly staff, clean salon, and a great location. I was in and out in an hour which was great!

I feel in love with their videos on Facebook. I reached out to inquire about color services and was given a consultation and loved Miss Karla. She did an amazing job on my second appointment. I love how the staff is so friendly and just love the atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Definitely found a salon for my hair needs. ☺️

I definitely recommend this place for any girls out there needing a hair coloring or any other hair services! New Concept Beauty Salon exceeded my expectations. Sylvia did an amazing job, she communicated with me the whole time about what she was doing and assured me which was nice because I’ve had anxiety about butchered haircuts in the past. She offered complimentary drinks and snacks during my appointment. Not only was she making sure I was having a good experience but every other client in the salon. They completely damaged my hair. I got it done on April 14 and I’ve been waiting to see if it would get better with treatment but no. It’s so brassy and super fried. I’m so disappointed

Super rude. Walked in and did not even get greeted or asked what service/information I needed. Felt completely ignored and invisible. A good salon includes good customer service. Ended up going somewhere else with better vibes !!

There is reason why this salon is voted #1. My stylist, Kattya,didn't get to do my hair today because she was fully booked till May, but Lucero took care of getting me dolled up today! Thank you Lucerito and New Concept Beauty Salon for always going above and beyond the expectations ?❤
