Came at noon today 03/02/23, and the slim light complected employee with glasses and long hair assisted me, I believe his name was Juan, he went above and beyond in helping me with my concerns, I had recently purchased a custom factory like stereo screen for my vehicle, basically an integrated android tablet, I was trying to figure out if I could install a sim card adding its own phone line instead of using the portable hotspot that I was already using to connect to the internet, after accessing the situation Juan let me know it might be possible but it was not 100% guarantee that it would work considering the fact that it was not an actual metro device that they sell in their stores, but if I went ahead with the risk I would lose money. He was really respectful and knew what he was doing, I appreciate the great customer service he provided and hope metro gets more employees like him, I then purchased a home wifi device that's unlimited and suitable for my needs, thanks Juan and thanks metro hope y'all keep up the good work !

Customer service and being professional is something some not all employees are lacking. To go in to try and purchase a iphoneX, and to get attitude from employee when asking questions about what comes with the insurance, what would deductible would be if anything happens to it. She was clueless " oh maybe $300" even the young lady very nice employee was shocked and said "are you kidding me" Are you sure?" Just very very unprofessional and complaint has been submitted. I guess they give jobs to some with no requirements needed. Very sad. Will be switching all 4 lines to another company ASAP.

My plan was recently changed to the new unlimited TMobile plan without my consent and now the internet is stupidly slow i can't even watch 480p videos on YouTube anymore this is stupid change my y plan back
