The store is 5 mts away from were I live i when to cricket and there more friendly and helpful I should never changed from cricket I been a client in metro for years never had a problem until know and only on that store and she gives a bad name to metro by T-mobile I hope the company take a look review every one comments as well It made me thing that metro by T-mobile those not care for there clients

Charged me extra fees and charged another fee to change the extra fees we denied during the process of setting up lines. Called for money back after changing the fees through another Metro authorized dealer. Called twice and hung up on me the first time while speaking. Was speaking English and they only spoke back to me in Spanish. I'm fortunate enough to be bilingual but that is not proper customer service.
