“I've used this company since 2015 and have had dozens of parcels delivered to MX, to several states. When my dog was alive, I used them more to get doggie snacks, so I had the Gold Membership. It waves the $5 fee for each package, so it's worth it if you send more than two parcels every month.Through the years of being their patron, I was notified when a parcel arrived. The staff is prompt and responsive, including the owner, whom I chatted with when I started the account.I use them to this day. I referred them to others and never heard a complaint, so the two reviews are disingenuine, IMO.Especially Anonymous.”

“I have used this company before and had found them helpful and responsive. This time, however, my packages appeared lost and communication from the company was nearly impossible. They never once answered or responded to my phone messages and only answered a few of my emails, and when they did, the responses were incomplete and lacking follow through. Very stressful, disappointing and frustrating experience this time. The packages were found, sent and did arrive, but again, the lack of communication, responses and follow-through regarding lost packages was very unsatisfactory.”
