“I have used this company before and had found them helpful and responsive. This time, however, my packages appeared lost and communication from the company was nearly impossible. They never once answered or responded to my phone messages and only answered a few of my emails, and when they did, the responses were incomplete and lacking follow through. Very stressful, disappointing and frustrating experience this time. The packages were found, sent and did arrive, but again, the lack of communication, responses and follow-through regarding lost packages was very unsatisfactory.”
