nails came out so bad. they are very chunky and i asked for a pink french tip design with 2 different shades of pink and they lines are crooked. my nails are already lifting after 5 days…definitely not worth paying $115 for nails and a pedicure.

Very rude staff. I went in for a spa pedicure and manicure. How is the nail technician supposed to work on your nails if she has very long nails?? During my manicure I asked if she could add super glue to a broken nail and she stated it would be $5 extra. I also asked for almond shape and she gave me stiletto. Bad service overall and the polish didn’t even last a week.Services: Pedicure

DO NOT COME HERE!!!
The nails were very bad. They were crooked, it was not the design I wanted, nor the correct style. They fell off on the second day. Since I went on vacation and couldn't return during the “guarantee” time, there was nothing they could do. Very bad service. I will not return nor do I recommend. The girls spend their time speaking badly about customers on the phone, and they have a bad attitude.
Nails were crooked, fell off the second day. Design was not what I asked for, nor was the shape. Would not recommend. They didn't give me a refund because I went on vacation and couldn't make it on time for the “guarantee”. Maybe if they told you to CALL IN, maybe then I would've been INFORMED on what to do if the nails fell off the next freaking day. They employees talk bad about the clients, play inappropriate music, stay on their phones, and don't pay regards to the client.

Terrible service and very bad attitude on the part of the staff.. I will never return.. I showed her a photo and she left my nails the way she likes them, nothing to see. Horrible!!!!!!!!!

I've honestly gone a couple of times and I've had issues every single time. Not only are they unprofessional but they talk bad about customers once they leave the store and sometimes even when they're there. I went a couple of days ago to get my nails done and I went about an hour and 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and they basically sent me off saying they close at 8. They had like three girls just sitting there not doing anything so it could've easily been done but it's like they didn't want to do anything the last hour and 15. Y'all could find better business anywhere else, don't go here.

It’s such a shame the salon is beautiful but their staff is horrible. I went today with my friend looking for mani and pedi combo. We walked in and we’re not even acknowledged. We then we sat to prepare for our manicure, but staff was on their phone and gossiping. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and we’re not friendly. In addition, their prices are no Match to their work.

Horrible service!! Employess are rude and stare ugly. i asked for simple nails with little flowers on one nail and the girl did random dots and she took it off about 6 times to try and redo. They honestly came out ugly and i paid alot.They dont do what you ask for.Service: Acrylic nails

Horrible service,first of all lady (Mary )in the front super rude with a very ugly attitude sad she’s like that for her age .Second all employees are in the damm phone or texting or watching movies like the lady that did my nails watching a movie it’s always the same thing .They never try to fix the problem they always say your wrong ,employees talk about costumers .No wonder all there reviews are a 1 star place .Service: Acrylic nails
