Drove from far to pickup my daughters scrubs, who we were told that we needed the receipt to pick them up. And have the lady at the counter say that a teacher had picked them up. When I asked my daughter she was surprised at the fact that she didn't know who the teacher who'd picked them up was.....

Be wary. No exchanges or refunds. I bought scrub pants and took them home. They didn’t fit. I took them back and the lady would not exchange or refund. Poor customer care.

TERRIBLE!!! Make sure you pay cash, and keep your receipt for any issues. One of the ladies mentioned that my order was going to arrive in 2 weeks. After that, I called, and they responded that the order was going to take another 2-4 weeks! Then, when I tried to return an item, they could not return it mannually. They literally had to call and request the cancellation, which was going to take another 7-10 buss days to have that money back in my bank acct.
