Came for an oil change and was told that they couldn't get the tire rotation done cuz truck needs an alignment. Scheduled an alignment for today and for them to do the tire rotation that they owed me. I was told that it would take about 2 hours for it to be done. I asked them, what's the purpose of an appointment since it still taking long. 1 hour for the tire rotation and 1hour for the alignment. Very disappointed. Useless doing an appointment. We never had issues in the past. Not going back.

I have never had so many issues with my car until now, and of course I trusted the service department to fix my issues. I am never going back to services. I made an appointment early in the morning at 10 a.m. and arrived on time, and I thought having an appointment meant they would see my car right then and there. I had a very important meeting to attend at 1 p.m., and I waited 2 hours just for them to tell me, "There is still a car in front of you being checked out. Just because you had an appointment does not guarantee your car will be checked immediately." At that point, I was upset and asked for my keys back because I was not going to afford to miss my meeting. I was offered a ride, but I do not feel comfortable getting a ride from other people I do not know. I ended up dropping my car off the next day. I understand I am no one special and I don't need special attention, but why would they tell me to make an appointment if it is basically useless to make one? That's not it, though. I left my car there for about a week, and I called more than five times, but they were NEVER able to assist me or give me an update on my car, as if they didn't care. Again, I understand I am no one special and don't expect any special treatment from anyone, but I pretty much did not feel welcomed there, and I do not feel comfortable taking my car there again. Everyone's experiences are different, of course, but I will not be going back to their service department. I could have just fixed it somewhere else without having to go through all of that.

Worst service experience ever. The part needed was not available as original GM. The held my vehicle for 3+ weeks. No follow up unless I called. Never offered any options even though they could have offered an aftermarket part and despite me expressing how bad and urgently I needed the car. Did not advise there would be a diagnostic charge if I did not repair with them. I finally picked up my car and within one day it was repaired elsewhere at a fraction of what they were charging. Please stay away from their service department.

Did a accident claim they painted my truck and the paint and clear its pilling off its not the first time its like the 3rd time same issue with them. They wanted me to take the truck back but who will want to take the truck back to a place that does not do good work and besides customer service is bad.

Disliked the fact that my partner requested for a particular amount for a car payment that she is able to accommodate to but, instead come out with a higher payment. Last minute is when they liked to give us the FYI as so why the payments came out higher than expected. Now we’re stuck paying for something unaffordable for us.
