Purchased a glass picture frame with warranty sales rep did inform us the warranty covered if it broke or shattered the policy did say it covered it if it broke as well,when receiving the picture frame as I was adjusting it on the wall it shattered now they don't want to replace the ítem claiming the warranty does not cover if it's "glass" after purchasing over 5k in furniture and appliances WARRANTY NOT GUARANTEED?

I was browsing because the place we had bought furniture made us wait 5 months and nothing. I came in and was greeted kindly when it was 20 min till closing and they still serviced me and I ended up buying 2 twin beds I had been wanting for months. Everyone was so kind and Juventino Reyes followed up with me and called when I could pick them up. Excellent customer service 10/10.

I liked the fact that they have a big selection of things on the floor to look at but at the end I purchased 5 different furniture items and I have to wait a week for them to be delivered, maybe should of shopped somewhere else......(update)..ok so it's been a week, they came to deliver my items and one of the items was a new bed for my son. After all this time that the had to get my order right they brought it incomplete and where unable to assemble it and it's in my house unusable. I called the store to speak to a manager and they said one was not available, they said the missing pieces to complete the bed would take another 5 days to receive! Completely unacceptable....11 days to receive a complete bed! Aside from that I also ordered a white type of chair for my wife's vanity and they brought it dirty and stained from where they handled it with dirty hands...bad service all around.
