I’ve had a good experience and check in is super fast with the iPads but I do agree there should be someone in the front helping the elderly with the iPads. No one is there to explain how to check in

Why is the place so dirty and unkept?!?At least put someone in your front desk to cover the wall that’s coming apart or help the elderly check in on the ridiculous iPads.

After a long wait about 25 minutes on the phone the lady that answered did not know anything, couldn’t guide me and and could not answer any questions because she did not know. I’ll just have to make a trip to find out if I need to be fasting and then to set up an appointment.

This is probably the best lab I've ever been to. So easy to make an appointment, check in is fast and smooth whether its by the app on by phone or inside. The staff is pleasant, helpful and good at what they do. The phlebotomists are top notch at their jobs, which is always appreciated. This is a popular location so if you don't want to wait at all then make an appointment. Oh, and they also open nice and early at 7am so its easy to be in and out on the way to work.

Efficient team. Auto check-in is very easy. They start at 7a which is great when you need to get done early. Results were posted within 2 days in my Labcorp account. Very professional!

I've done dozens of fasting blood draws here over the past several years, and I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes, even with a lot of people in the waiting room. And 99% of the time, the phlebotomy is painless. The crew run a tight ship - they really are professional and efficient.

I was very impressed with the staff and process! To be honest, I had braces myself for a long wait. But The key is setting up your appointment by telephone or online. I was able to wait in my car and just a minute after my set time I was texted. I went in, and they saw me and drew labs right away. There are a lot of people waiting and only three staff but they are efficient and polite. Again, it’s best to make an appointment or you will be there for a long time.

Service was ok they did what they had to. For a antibody Covid test people generally want and should get results ASAP. They told me the results would be from a Friday available the next Monday so 3 days. I have email la Corp and they just said ohh we just have to merge your patient account to your lab Corp online portal so you can see results and that takes 1-2 business days. Well 5 days and still waiting.

Went there to get some bloodwork done to be sent to my primary healthcare provider. First the guy took me to the back for a drug test because the front desk empoyees told him I was there for that instead of a blood test. Once he realized their mistake he performed the blood draw and definitely nicked something because it hurt (which it usually never does) and I had a hematoma for a week afterwards (which also usually never happens and is not supposed to happen).Furthermore, I have been waiting to get the results for 2 weeks now, nobody answers the phone, my healthcare provider has reached out repeatedly and even sent a fax. No response. But sure enough have a bill in my inbox to pay for it.
