Customer of years here and Kenny (specifically) has been very rude. He has tried to belittle me and my daughter, I have tried to book appointments multiple times and he has cancelled them twice and with no reason. He got offended due to my daughter asking to reschedule an appointment due to her back injury that was obviously unplanned. And he refused to reschedule or reimburse the 10 dollars needed to only schedule an appointment We called and he ignored our numbers until I used an unknown number and he simply told us Tina was busy and to go find somewhere to go. Tina is amazing though she gives excellent service. She was always very sweet but as for the little man not at all.

I’ve never met someone who loved their job as much as Kenny. He went above and beyond for my wedding day, using the highest quality materials and his 30 years of experience! Just look at how gorgeous my nails are. I feel so special and grateful that God brought me to Kenny’s nail salon, I was so worried about getting ombré done because it’s such a difficult nail to achieve but Kenny is highly skilled & knew exactly what to do. I 100% recommend this business! If you’re nervous like me, look no further! Kenny’s nails is the perfect place to get beautiful nails done.

Very professional and calm atmosphere. Kenny and everyone who work there are very polite, the salon is very clean and my nails came out perfect. It is by appointment only, so it is not overcrowded and the salon takes great precautions to keep clients safe and healthy. I love it here. ♥

Horrible Customer Service by OwnerIt’s not my first time coming to this nail spot. I book before hand, pay the deposit, show up, usually wait for over 20 mins to get my service. No big deal! Today I decided to book for my mother and myself at the same time, turns out it’s not allowed. The receptionist told me that it wasn’t allowed and the owner jumped in to say “You should read more carefully”, what the hell! That was so rude and unnecessary. I asked the receptionist to check if there was an opening for a half an hour later to which she responded “I can’t see what’s available” ma’am, you have an outlook calendar on that mac, I’m pretty sure the system does show you what’s open ?. Anyways, no apology, no solution, no alternative other than book for some other day. Hell no! I’m done being treated like if they are doing me a favor. I understand it’s a service, but customer service should be everything especially when the customer is not being rude. By the way, went back and read the “policy” there’s nothing there stating that bookings can’t be split. There was no need for the attitude .Services: Pedicures
